1. You will not bid on our brand name terms on Google.
2. Any type of spam or deceptive practices will result in the cancellation of your account and forfeiture of any and all commissions earned or owed. 
3. We practice a "best company" attitude and our reputation is paramount in importance to us. Any practice that could damage our brand, when identified could result in the suspension and/or cancellation of your affiliate account and privileges.
